Baltic SCOPE partners meet in Copenhagen

With less than a year left of the project the planners and partners start to see the results of the project.

On September 14 and 15 the Baltic SCOPE team head to Copenhagen for a planners meeting in a joint venue between the two case studies: Southwest Baltic and Central Baltic. The focus of the meeting is to discuss and finalize the main policy and planning recommendations to come out of the project, with a particular focus on recommendations that can help improve future transnational collaboration in marine spatial planning. On the first day the planners will be divided in accordance with their respective case in parallel venues to discuss the outcomes and recommendations from each case individually. On the second day, planners from both cases will come together to identify recommendations that are relevant on a Pan-Baltic scale. The final recommendations will be fine-tuned during the Conclusion Phase of the project before being disseminated in March to key stakeholders in the final reports from the project.
